A great stop not too far off the bike trail - Subs were hot and delicious! I got the #1 and it absolutely hit the spot. The service was very kind and we got our food pretty quickly.
Just tried the Sloppy Dave, a very good Italian sub. My wife tried the chicken bacon ranch and loved it. Our friends had a Grateful Dave and loved it, and they raved about the sub roll. We'll be back!
I adore this place with all my heart. Five stars all round- the service is great, the beats are groovy (and not too loud), and the food is absolutely banging. Everyone that works there is super personable and friendly- you can tell they actually enjoy what they do. If you're visiting Mount Vernon, I highly advise stopping by and having a sandwich here (the Grateful Dave and the Haight Ashbury are both excellent options) or if you're a local and haven't been here... what are you doing with your life? 5/5, hands down. Absolutely love Dave’s Cosmic Subs. If you haven’t been there you need to the atmosphere and the service is fantastic, always love seeing Blake and everyone else there. The food is always hot and fresh!! Hands down the best place to get subs or fries from in Mount Vernon :)
This place was awesome. First came upon it in Chagrin Falls, but didn't go in...what a mistake. Made it to the Mt Vernon location and glad I did. The food was delicious. The price was completely fair for the amount of food as well. Got a sub, fries, and a drink for under $10. Plenty of space in the location for dinner in. The staff was personable and friendly. Definitely will stop back in next time in Mt Vernon.

This is my favorite place in Mt. Vernon. Paul, Marissa, Blake and Chris are fantastic, friendly and warm. I stop here every time I’m in Mt. Vernon and it’s always great. Today, they recommended the special, The Hippie Chicken, and it was, without any hyperbole whatsoever, the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Five stars, highly recommend!

Stopped by for a little lunch. Split the Dave’s Peace Steak. Got it on italian bread it came with a pickle. Also got a Cosmic Dave root beer.
Great sandwich. Tender meat, not grisly like other steak sandwiches can be.
Parking here is easy either on the street or in a public lot across the street.
Fries are great, cheesesteak is not steak, it's pot roast, has a fluffy texture. …
